We took it back in and was told that it could take up to 4 weeks to get it back with a replaced diamond of the same quality. I called them today to check the status of my ring and was told now that it could take up to 6 weeks before we get it back! Needless to say...I am not happy! It's holiday time and we have no ring to show our family and friends after announcing our engagement.
