  I took a single pane storm windo glass for repair on 23 October. I checked on it two weeks later and the glass guy said he still had many ahead of me. He then confessed that nobody pushes him to get them done so he does them when he can. Just went down and checked today (9 Nov) and nothing changed. Called Kirkwood glass and went and picked up my still broken window. Kirkwoid told me there’s have it done tomorrow. I like the store. Not the service, though.
