  Great service and help. The staff in the mattress department was very knowledgeable. Like the 60 nights guarantee on mattresses. So far we love our new mattress. Check out time was a little slow but overall great experience

  I have shopped here a number of times and usually have no problems. Then the one time I buy a bedroom set and a sectional that I decided to get a warranty on for a total of about $3500 I get to see the service after the sale. The delivery people argued over whether or not all the pieces where there for the couch (and did not want to check the truck where magically the other piece still was) and how it goes together. All the pieces for the couch were not there and I had to pick up the power cord from the store after I finally had enough of dealing the delivery personnel. They were supposed to set up the bedroom set and instead just left it in the living room in the packages. Our couch broke after 6 months, glad for the warranty if it wasn't for the fact the now 2 months later the couch is still broken and after a month of having to argue with the warranty people. The ball was dropped many times over this time frame and the personnel seemed more inconvienced and worried about the relationship with the manufacture than wanting to help make sure the problem was fixed. In short as long as I don't need delivery or a warranty then I might be back.
