  The Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. The young girls will see you waiting,ignore you and keep socializing. Rude,when speaking to customers.

  Up until recently I chose this location. I actually went to them over a closer location because they had better ratings. I doubt I'll be returning after my experience. As a person who relocated I planned ahead and had my doctor at home write another prescription to supplement one I knew I was going to run out of. Instead of continuing to refill the old and then start the new, they disregarded it, and now I'm out of my meds (first Rx expired with refills left on it, second Rx used up). The response was "they fill what the doctor sent them". My rebuttal, "my doctor did not send the Rx to them because I didn't know the store location when the Rx was written." Now I'm between doctors, hoping my old doctor will write me a new prescription while I try to get a new doctor here. The manager, although polite, was not helpful. He cannot override the fact that I'm out.
