  Made the mistake of thinking I would have a good experience at this location during the holidays. Not only were the staff sorely unprepared for the volume the holiday brings (25+ miserable-looking people waiting in line both 12/19 at night and 12/20 in the morning when I went back again), but the customer service representative that I simply asked a question, "Is there a time that you are slower?" replied very rudely and condescendingly (smirking, almost chiding me), "No, not during the holidays, no!" Very short and curt. Happy Holidays, you rude girl. I hope that you can find a job where you don't have to interact with any other human beings! After two tries and two miserable fails at this location, I will never, ever be back.

  My bf and I went here yesterday to get me a couple new bras. Well the woman behind the counter saw us coming, told us she was going to grab other people from the other line and we can just wait our turn. Uh..it WAS our turn. Thanks to that lady, this location will never get my money again
