  My wife and I went to find 2 new phones. Decided on the Pixel 2 and some otterboxes. Dejan went over everything in detail except the store charges for programming and setup. We were charged $70 for what you can do for free at home when buying online. We didn't need or accept help transferring contacts or similar. Waiting on a refund that apparently takes multiple people and offices to process. Will update if it's taken care of appropriately. Edit: I was refunded the 2 $35 charges. It took a week and I was not emailed as promised to let me know it had been taken care of.
