  I don't understand how this store has a 4.5 rating . If you talk to a sales person today they tell you one thing and go back next week and someone else will tell you something different. The hours listed on the front window are 11 am opening. I have been there many times and no one is in the store and when they do open at 11:15 no one says ... SORRY for whatever reason they can't open on time. Once I was in there and the service manager got into a yelling fight with a customer because they didn't open at 11 am and was ready to get into a fist fight. The only reason I go to this store is they give a copy of the bill . Most T Mobile stores don't do this.. I wonder , do all cell phone companies treat their customers this way? I have been with them for years and ready for a change.
