  The people in this place are assholes. My sister was told by Tmobile to come in a physical store to present an id to a representative in order to make a change in her account. These f**kers didn't even bother to help, because it's a noncommissioned service or something. My sister told them that Tmobile sent her there. Then one one of the assholes said "ok, give me your id!! Ok i have looked at your id" and just ignored her. Some lowlife pos.
