Switched from sprint service was great, but 20 days in BRAND NEW phone stops working, went back to this location. Wow was a total 360 in service the gal with long braids was rude offered nothing but considering attitude with no regard to the situation not even to see if she or Co worker could fix. When I said I was gonna switch Co she was in agreement and unconcerned. Have to say way to go T-Mobile great employees.....NOT!!!!! Back to sprint and happy!!!!!!
