- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆June 18, 2019, by Kristina PenderThe personal experience with the actual stylist was amazing both times we went but the fact that the people answering phones were bad mouthing me once I hung up because I was having trouble finding the store inside the mall was completely unnecessary. I guess they didn't realize that I had scheduled at the same time as 2 other friends and one was standing there as they talked completely unprofessional about a customer.
