  I went here as a last resort. My LG g3 had a known hardware prob, a busted SIM reader. Verizon said I could buy a new phone and shrugged at me when I said I didn't have insurance. I didn't break it. I went to att and they'd reimburse me in 3 months to end my contract early. They suggested I try the kiosks at galleria to fix it. All those kiosks do is fix screens. Andrew the manager at sprint helped me out. I got to upgrade to the newest version of my phone a G5 plus I got 200 store credit. I've never been hooked up like this by a phone company. I paid zero dollars and walked away with a brand new phone. They were ultra accommodating when I had to rush off. I picked up my SD chip last night and was given the same phenomenal service. Thanks Andrew and Jared for saving the day!
