  I came into the store and bought a queen sized mattress and box spring but received a queen mattress and.full sized box spring. I called and told them and got.hung up on and told no refunds for a mistake THEY made. I will NOT be going back here !

  My husband and I purchased mattresses and bedrails on 12/28/17. On 1/2/18 we received the wrong mattresses, did receive the bedrails. My husband went back to the store to see what went wrong. Was given attitude by male staff member. We have been calling and given the run around. We will never purchase anything else from this store. We just want our money back. We will be making a BBC complaint. We shouldn't have to contact them everyday to resolve an error made by them. Pure negligence on their behalf. I wouldn't waste my time or money with this company if you're thinking of purchasing furniture.

  Horrible Unprofessional I was supposed to had my furniture delivered on a specific day and the lady tell me we can't deliver it we can deliver it to u in two weeks. I like no I want my money back noW. When the date said on the invoice sheet the day when I told her that they could deliver it. I won't NEVER Go Back.... Then I had to call to find out that my vase was not getting deliver when I tell u Unprofessional.
