  This place is great. These folks are always so helpful and patient. Benjamin Moore has by far the best paint in my opinion and I refuse to purchase any paint from anybody else.

  So I am giving this 5 stars overall, but I do have one heads up for customers and critique for Reineke. The guys behind the paint counter are characters. They don't smile, they are kind of grumpy, and you will probably not get a "Thank you" from them. BUT, if you ask questions they will willingly provide guidance and answers, at least that was my experience. They started asking me questions, like "What do you want it in?" I said, "Um, a paint can?" He gave me a blank stare. Then I explained the project we were doing and asked what his question meant. He then told me the options were Satin, Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Eggshell, etc. Based on my project description he recommended Semi-Gloss with a Cabinet formula for the cabinets in the kitchen and an Eggshell for the kitchen walls to make the cabinets stand out better. SO, DON'T BE PUT OFF. Hang in there, be humble and ask questions back and you will get excellent service and Benjamin Moore paint which is far superior paint!
