  Incredibly rude and sarcastic salespersonnel. I am assuming the most sarcastic one was the manager - which I will be complaining to corportate about. We walked in there just looking at the lovesacs as we were genuinely interested and clearly the manager was profiling us, assuming we didn’t have enough money to purchase one based on the condescending answers she provided. But now we will find a love sac competitor and spend our money there.

  The product is nice! The sales reps, WHACK! How are these sales reps even in the sales industry? Drop outs? From a guy who works in sales, these chumps aren’t closing any deals with their service that’s for sure. Couldn’t even persuade me to buy water in a desert. Why? 1, if you’re trying to use sarcasm and memes to sell me, think again. Knowing that Lovesac is a high priced furniture, they should know their customers are going to be between the ages of 25-39 roughly. So there’s that, they don’t know their potential buyers, and two, know your product. I knew more about it reading info on the internet but these chumps don’t even know the features. All in all, shop online.
