  We are currently remodeling our kitchen and we wanted unique hardware for our new custom pantry doors. Once we learned what the product name was, we asked to see them. Instead of showing us where to look, the salesperson hesitated and disrespectfully mentioned the $$$ price. No smile or additional information. Just the $$$. We left immediately because we were insulted by her treatment as a customer. Whether they were within our budget or not isn't the point...she didn't know a single thing about what we were trying to do and clearly wasn't helpful.
