- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆June 15, 2020, by Steve BaumanTerrible customer service. Rude staff. Can't just walk in and pay them money for goods, you have to go through a "sign in". Nah... I'm good. Some lady asked, "Do you have a ticket?" I asked where to get one. She said, "Over there" and walked away. Apparently putting away hangers takes precedence over helping customers. Conveniently the door was also, "over there." Walked out to my car, bought the item on Amazon, and it was at my door the next afternoon. No hassles.
