  I would not purchase anything from this JCPenney home store. I've waited over 4 1/2 hours on my delivery so far and it has yet to be delivered. I've also called to inquire what's happened 5 times and no one knows why it hasn't arrived!? I have never had an experience like this before and do not plan on purchasing anything else from a JCPenney store. The fact that I'm waiting on the delivery of a bed for my elderly mother just makes it even worse. Unless you have all day and night to wait on a possible delivery, I'd checkout Macy's or Sears. Definitely wishing now that I had just gone with Macy's since I would have spent about the same amount.
