  We were ready to spend money upgrading our kitchen several weeks ago, but we can't get them to call us back. We were working with AJ in Collinsville, but she passed our file to Jay when she left the company. We called and left messages for Jay several times, but he never called us back. My husband made contact with the owner who told us he was very busy and assured us that he would call us back. A little communication goes a long way. Three days later, and no word from either one of them. I am happy to spend my money somewhere else. Very disappointing.
