  I was treated very good when I finally made human contact. I would rate a 5 if the urgency to serve the people was proportional to the rate at which the people are taxed. The long wait was not reasonable considering the number of people being served. The place was nearly empty, only about 4 people in the waiting area when I got there. Yet it took nearly an hour before my name was called. Other than that it was an acceptable experience.

  I hate this place. I mean who really wants to need government assistance? Is great that it is there when you need it but they ask you too many questions they want to know about your whole life all of your business, but I digress. This place is okay but you feel like you stepped into the 1960s or 70s as soon as you walk in the furniture and decor is the same as it's been probably since the office was built. They have worked on better customer service they have a front desk when you walk in you can take a number in the lady can help you with most things only certain situations will cause you to have to meet with someone else they're trying to get better but what they're really trying to do is protect their workers because a lot of times they're so mean and unruly that people want to choke them so they have done away with you having to talk face-to-face with a worker for the most part.
