But for a complete leg day, you might want to go when it's slow, just in case 1 other person is training legs.

Always fairly busy, but there is tons of parking. I can usually get in and out quickly with no issues. The Dierbergs grocery store is very good. Great friendly staff and always well stocked with anything you may need.
