  The installer was first rate. Everything is working perfectly and I can't see a single wire. Technology is so complex these days. And it is difficult to carry a big TV from a store to a home. So hiring an independent company with experienced and trained installers is an important part of buying home theater equipment. Kevin, the owner, took a lot of time explaining to me over the phone. My beautiful new Sony 4K TV arrived in a timely manner. All my components, including blu-ray, surge protector box, DVR, rooftop antenna cable, and even headphones are connected and working. I am very happy I did not settle for the big box store.

Kevin is always the one that I go to for advice and purchasing of high end audio and video equipment. His showroom is amazing! Prices are much better than online or in a retail store. He and his crew have always been there to assist me in my search for the perfect product and I have taken his advice ever time on what to purchase. Each and every time I am floored with the performance of the product that I have purchased from him. His crew is always there to answer my stupid questions when I want to get something new. Sometimes he even tells me where to purchase it if he can't get it. I will always utilize Creative Audio Video and Automation whenever my needs call for it.
