  Had a cracked Otterbox screen. I got a replacement under warranty from Otterbox but was afraid I would mess up the swap out - you usually get one shot with these things. I stopped in CPR and talked to Tom Price. I asked if he would do the replacement for me. He said, "sure" without hesitation. Not only did he do it, it took just a few minutes, and there was no charge. I specifically mention Tom's willingness to help because I had asked a different repair place (which shall remain nameless, but it's across the street from CPR) and they refused and said it was "company policy" that they couldn't do it because they didn't sell me the part. CPR will get my future business. Thanks, Tom!
