  Cardinal sanded and refinished my hardwood floors, put in new carpet and linoleum, and got my house ready for the market. All of the Cardinal people were competent, and nice...even when I absent mindedly stepped over my rope barricade and placed a footprint on the new finish. They came back and worked their magic on it. At the open house, I was just sneaking out when I heard the first couple come in the basement and say loudly, "Wow!" They ended up buying the house. Thank you!!
