    I could not believe how rude the lady was at the front desk. She told me I could not return a certain jacket, even when I had the receipt and the tag WAS ON!! I asked to speak with the manager and she replied I am the manager. What kind of customer service do they have??!!! I RUFUSE to shop there ever again because of the poor customer service.
