  I used this place for my sons last two birthday shirts. All was fine except for the super long wait times. However, my recent experiences weren't the best. The customer service sucks. They never speak, say we'll be right with you or anything. Came in weeks prior to see if they had the size t and no one ever helped me, didn't speak didn't say sign in, nothing. I left came back waited two hours and they didn't even have his shirt size. Said if I brought my own shirt it would be $6 extra per color. There were so many colors. I was disappointed because his party is two days away. My friend refered CQ design in the groove. I called he had my kids size in the color I wanted and took care of me, plus charged me half price! The owner was friendly too. He has a new customer for sure!

  I'm always pleased with their service. The designer that assisted me was fast a courteous. The new touch screen sign in and "text when next" systems was great too!!!

  I had shirts made for my work and I was very pleased with the quality of my design. I had an issue with one shirt (some kind of faint stain on the shoulder) so I went back the next day and they had it remade for me while I waited. Great customer service!! These guys do great work and do it FAST!
